Salma Hayek Embraces Her Gray Hair in Vampy Sequin Gown and Tons of Jewels on Golden Globes 2025 Red Carpet

Salma Hayek Pinault is bringing the heat!

The Eternals actress, 58, walked the red carpet at the 2025 Golden Globes wearing a sequin-covered maroon gown. The low-cut dress nipped in at the waist to show off her curves and flared out into a dramatic train.

She paired it with over 300 carats of Colombian emeralds from Lorraine Schwartz Jewelry (including a necklace, earrings and ring) and wore vampy smoky eyeshadow. She also wore her hair in a perfectly tousled half updo — and even embraced a few gray hairs around her hairline.

The actress recently starred in Without Blood, a war drama movie released in September 2024. Based on Alessandro Baricco's book of the same name, the film was directed by Hayek Pinault's friend and fellow actress Angelina Jolie, and tells  “an unforgettable fable set in the aftermath of an unidentified conflict [which] explores universal truths about war, trauma, memory, and healing," per a synopsis from production company Fremantle.

At the September premiere of Without Blood at the Toronto International Film Festival, the actress told PEOPLE that she and Jolie would be collaborating again soon — Jolie will produce the film that Hayek Pinault is directing, she said, marking her directorial debut.

"So I'm working on a film that I want to direct, and she's taking me by the hand," the actress told PEOPLE.

The actress didn't reveal many details, save for the fact that she wrote the film.

"The story just came to my head and it just keeps on unfolding, and it comes to me. I see the images, and I hear the sound design," she said. "It is not something I went looking for. It's just something that came to me and wouldn't leave."

At the premiere, Hayek was as glamorous as ever in a maroon sequined dress with asymmetric straps that wrapped around her left shoulder. The actress paired a berry lip with her classic bold eyeliner look, and left her hair down in loose, voluminous curls.

As of late, the star's style has been more laid-back and breezy. For her birthday, just days before the premiere, the actress posted a lineup of bathing suit photos, including one heavily reminiscent of her iconic deep brown two-piece in From Dusk Till Dawn. Hayek Pinault just turned 58 but had the glow of youth in her birthday post.

“Birthday bikini dump, happy 58th birthday to me! 🎂❤️🎉P.s none of these are throwbacks,” she captioned the post.
