Fox is pregnant with her first child with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly and is already mom to sons Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8 with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.

Fox announced that she would be a soon-to-be-mom again in daring style, taking to Instagram with a maternity shoot of her covered in black liquid.
A source tells PEOPLE that the couple was “keeping the baby news quiet until Megan was ready to share," adding that the Transformers star and musician “can't stop talking about the baby.”
“They are very excited. He's basically telling everyone he knows,” the insider says.
“Megan felt nervous early on in the pregnancy, but she feels more relaxed now,” shares the source. “She's trying to enjoy it. She loves being pregnant.”
On the status of Fox and Kelly’s relationship, they add that the pair is “doing well” and “focused on the baby right now.” Noting, “It doesn't seem they will get married before the baby arrives."
