Things between Nicole Kidman and Salma Hayek are seemingly all good following their reported "tense" exchange during Paris Fashion Week.
Following reports of an awkward moment between the beloved actresses interacting outside the Balenciaga runway show last month, a source told Page Six that "there's no bad blood between" them and that Kidman and Hayek "adore each other."
The misunderstanding occurred September 30 when the Practical Magic actress and the Frida star were photographed posing together outside the fashion show. As Hayek placed her hand on the other's shoulder in an attempt to turn her toward the camera, Kidman reportedly pushed Hayek's hand away, turning to a nearby Katy Perry to give her a hug before exchanging a few more words with Hayek and walking away.
The source that spoke to Page Six appears to echo what other insiders have said about the viral moment, as one source told People this week that everything was blown out of proportion and the media made "a story out of nothing."
"They were being bombarded by cameras at the end of the show while in the middle of a conversation. People are looking at clips and making a story out of nothing," the source said, adding, "This whole situation is silly. Salma and Nicole love and respect each other."
