Former news anchor Megyn Kelly turned right-wing YouTuber was just on The Shawn Ryan Show to keep perpetuating a lie about Algerian boxer Imane Khelif. During the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Khelif suffered harassment from millions of people online because they believed she was a trans woman fighting in the boxing tournament.
It was later proven she was born a biological female but that hasn't stopped people like Megyn Kelly from perpetuating the lie. She anted to go after actress Jennifer Aniston and her charity work in support of women that she considers fake. But you know Kelly, she loves the drama and calling people out on big platforms.
This is what Kelly said on The Shawn Ryan Show: "What has she said about the woman who got her face punched out by the man in the boxing ring? Zero. What has she said about Payton McNabb, who's suffering permanent nerve damage and brain damage from getting hit so hard in the face and the head by that volleyball player in North Carolina?
Nothing. What's she say about that girl who got all of her teeth knocked out in a field hockey game by a boy pretending to be a girl? Zero. So I don't give a s- what she thinks about JD Vance and childless cat ladies. She masquerades as some protector of women, she's quite the contrary, she never stood up on any of these issues."
Imane Khelif's lawsuit for defamation and online harassment
After the Olympic Games where Imane Khelif won the Gold Medal, her legal team established a law suit where she mentions major names from the entertainment industry who slandered her. She mentions people like author J.K. Rowling and YouTuber Logan Paul.
Megyn Kelly probably should've been part of this list but she wasn't on Imane's radar when it all went down. Still, she has kept perpetuating this lie and Imane Khelif has ever right to respond. Actress Jennifer Aniston was also approached by media outlets for a response but she didn't offer one.
