Previously, the two bombshells starred opposite one another in House of Gucci — an American biographical crime drama film released in November 2021.
Back in January 2022, Gaga revealed that there was one cut of the flick, which depicted a sexual relationship between her and Hayek.
She spoke about how there was 'a whole side of this film that you did not see' between her character, Patrizia Reggiani, and Hayek's Giuseppina 'Pina' Auriemma during a U.K. cast conversation, according to Variety.
'There's a whole side of this film that you did not see, where Pina and I developed a sexual relationship,' she admitted. 'Director's cut, who knows.'
She recalled suggesting the idea of taking the two leading ladies' relationship to a sexual level to the director and Hayek on set as they were filming the movie.
'This is a testament to [Ridley Scott] as a director because he allowed us to go there, and I remember being on set with Salma and going, "So after Maurizio dies, maybe it gets hot?" And she was like, "What are you talking about?"'
In the film, Patrizia and Pina were co-conspirators in the murder of Maurizio Gucci — who was played by Adam Driver — and took their relationship to another level in this unseen version as described by Gaga.
Hayek confirmed the scenes Gaga described before noting that they had a 'delicious relationship' in House of Gucci.

'You think she's kidding,' Hayek said, adding that moviegoers 'didn't get to see all of the scenes' since several of them were cut from the final version.
Hayek also described improvising scenes with Gaga on set as they played 'two girls from a different class' who were 'kind of having a blast going at this big world'.
According to the official synopsis of the film, the story follows Patrizia Reggiani 'an outsider from humble beginnings [who] marries into the Gucci family'.
The plot twist begins when 'her unbridled ambition begins to unravel the family legacy and triggers a reckless spiral of betrayal, decadence, revenge — and ultimately murder.'
