Jennifer Aniston’s Toned Abs Look Stronger Than Ever As She Leans Into Her Most Confident Era Yet

Jennifer Aniston is proving that she has made her fitness regimen a top prioritythis year. Her latest Instagram ad for Pvolve, a low-impact workout that targets “multiple muscles at once for balanced, total body strength,” shows off the strength she’s gained since starting the program.

The 54-year-old actress and founder Rachel Katzman look like they are BFFs in the latest photoshoot for the brand. Wearing dark gray leggings and a light gray crop top, Aniston’s toned abs are the shining star of the moment. Her light blonde hair with touches of gray (we love this!) show through in her stylishly messy half-up, half-down style. Her makeup gave a dewy glow that radiated with her undeniable joy.

This looks like the Friends star’s most confident era yet — she’s always been into fitness and wellness, but she seems so at home with this workout routine. The best part about her latest promotion is that her specific workout routine is now available to her fans. The caption shared the exciting news, “Ever wondered what it’s like to Pvolve like @jenniferaniston and founder @rkatzman? Head to the link in bio for a special edition calendar of all their favorite classes.” We have a feeling fans will be lining up this holiday season to get those same Aniston muscles.

Aniston told ELLE that Pvolve has been a “game-changer” in her life. “I used to torture myself,” she explained. “I’d get up so early in the morning so I could get that hour of a workout in, and you would just be burnt out by the end of the day. And your body just doesn’t need to work that hard.” She noted that Pvolve “is way more sustainable than any other workout that I have done” — and Aniston has got the muscles to prove it.
