Perry, widely known for his role as Chandler Bing in the NBC sitcom, passed away aged 54 on October 28 after being found unresponsive at his home in California.
Following the news of Perry's death, the actor's family established the Matthew Perry Foundation to honour his commitment to supporting those struggling with addiction.
"The Matthew Perry Foundation is the realisation of Matthew's enduring commitment to helping others struggling with the disease of addiction," the foundation wrote in an Instagram post.
"It honours his legacy, guided by his own words and driven by his passion for making a difference in as many lives as possible."

Perry's Friends co-stars have led the celebrity tributes to the late actor, sharing their devastation in a joint statement as well as their own individual tributes.
"We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates. We are a family," they said in a statement issued to People. "There is so much to say, but right now we're going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.
"In time we will say more, as and when we are able. For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty's family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world."
