Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox just had a mini Friends reunion, making sure to adhere to safety precautions to protect themselves and each other amid the coronavirus pandemic.
In addition to cuddling with Cox's two dogs, Harley and Hopper, the actors filmed a funny little video encouraging others to wear face masks when visiting loved ones. Cox and Aniston wore matching blue tie-dye masks, while the dogs donned little white masks of their own. In the video they added little captions to mimic a conversation between the pups.
Cox shared the hilarious video of their hangout on her Instagram account early Sunday, July 19. In the skit, after the first dog convinces the second to “just put it on,” he adds, "I've never been more attracted to you," the first dog said.
It's a cute way to get people to avoid the spread of the virus. Just a few weeks earlier, Jennifer Aniston posted her own public plea. The actor shared a selfie wearing a black mask and practically begged her followers to stop politicizing mask wearing in the caption.
"I understand masks are inconvenient and uncomfortable. But don’t you feel that it’s worse that businesses are shutting down… jobs are being lost… health care workers are hitting absolute exhaustion. And so many lives have been taken by this virus because we aren’t doing enough," she wrote. "People seem worried about their ‘rights being taken away’ by being asked to wear a mask. This simple and effective recommendation is being politicized at the expense of peoples’ lives. And it really shouldn’t be a debate."
