And Jennifer Aniston's latest Instagram upload proved just that as she showed off her age-defying figure in form-fitting gym-wear. Taking to her Instagram page, Jennifer looked incredible as she donned a teeny gray sports bra, which showed off her killer abs and skintight leggings in a darker gray hue.
The Along Came Polly star pulled her sandy-colored locks back into a low ponytail for the video and went makeup-free, showing off her stunning complexion.

She appeared to be doing the workout at home, as one of her beloved pet pooches appeared in the footage. Jennifer called her dogs her "Pvolve emotional support cheerleaders."
Jen has been busy promoting Pvolve on her page all year and also participated in a brand challenge with the company. Jen previously spoke about how important it is for her to maintain her current fitness routine.
She told Prevention magazine: "I think I used to think 'I have to work out every day'.
"I think it’s good to do something every single day, even if it’s just stretching, moving your body in some form, taking a walk, but a really good workout? Three to five times a week for me."
Offering advice to people who struggle to get into exercise, she suggested they try it for "just five minutes". She explained: ""I’m not a fitness guru. But that’s how I do it, if I’m really feeling unmotivated, say, ‘Just move at least for five minutes’ and then see where you could go."
While Jen is often keeping her fans up-to-date with her daily goings on, some of her other Friends co-star tend to keep slightly more of a low-profile.
Matt LeBlanc, 57, was spotted on a rare outing in Los Angeles on Friday looking near-unrecognizable. The beloved Joey Tribbiani actor was seen sporting a casual figure at a car showroom in San Fernando Valley.
