Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan worked alongside each other on the spy thriller Heart of Stone, and one of the things that made them closer was their similarities. Apart from sharing the same Zodiac sign, Taurus, they are also parents to three girls.

In an interview with People, actress Gal Gadot said that she and costar Jamie Dornan “kind of hit it right from the get-go.” The latter claimed their connection just instantly happened; the twist was that their children had quite a difficult time becoming friends.
The duo arranged a play date where they can all bond together “but it didn’t work out” and Gadot said, “I think Jamie was like, ‘I just need some quiet time.’ ”

To be fair, their schedules can get quite packed, and there’s little to zero time for themselves, so it’s understandable if Dornan did not want to participate. At the time, the actor’s family were planning to transfer locations.
We hadn’t moved back to London yet. We were still living in the countryside, so we were like right in the middle of nowhere.
Dornan tries to maintain a work-life balance and dedicates as much time as he can to his family. He said via News.com.au that fatherhood is “the best thing that has ever happened to me, and to us. It’s an extremely joyful situation and every day seems to get better.”
Being a father may get demanding at times which also means a lot of his personal time is spent on prioritizing the needs of his children, and Dornan certainly feels this way. The play date plan may have failed, but at least, the actor got his well-deserved quiet time.

Jamie Dornan talked about his time with Gal Gadot on the set of Heart of Stone and claimed he is in awe of her professionalism. He told ComingSoon:
I just felt a real kinship with her early on, and, dare I say, it felt sort of easy when I was on set with her because we trusted each other to do those quite complex set piece scenes together, but also have fun with it, which was the most important thing.

Gadot has been starring in several action films over the past years, and Dornan noticed how comfortable she is in this arena. The actor, who admits hasn’t done a lot of projects in the said genre, expressed admiration for the Red Notice star.
