Everyone has foods they love, as well as foods they simply can’t stand, and celebrities are no exception. In fact, several stars have been very vocal about the food they hate, and some of the findings are pretty surprising.
Chrissy Teigen, who is well known for being outspoken on social media, surprised her followers when she revealed that her love of food doesn’t extend to Nutella. In 2014, the cookbook author discussed her issues with the chocolate and hazelnut spread, tweeting, “Nutella is s–t.”
The Cravings author added: “I have not been hacked i am just TIRED OF NUTELLA AND AM PROUD TO BE AMONG THE FIRST #NUTELLATRUTHERS.”
Although Teigen’s opinion divided the internet at the time, the model later admitted that her opinion on the subject had not changed.
“I think a lot of people actually think that the hazelnut is good for them, and they’re, like, ‘Oh, I’m so French,’ and just no,” Teigen said during an appearance on First We Feast’s Hot Ones in October 2018. “It’s, like, you’re eating chocolate in the morning. It’s the mimosa of foods. You just want a drink in the morning, which is fine, but that’s what I have to say about Nutella.”
Khloé Kardashian is another example of a star who has stuck by their dislike. After previously revealing that pork is not for her, the reality star later said she would rather gain 10 pounds than try it again.
While playing a game of “Would You Rather” on her app in 2017, the Good American cofounder clarified that she chooses to tweak Thanksgiving stuffing recipes to replace the meat. She also confirmed that her dislike for pork includes bacon, saying, “Turkey bacon only, baby!”

My mum thought she was outsmarting me by blending it into her cooking but I was so sensitive to it. I knew it was there and refused to eat.”

The Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives host likes most foods, but not one common breakfast staple. “I’m not a big egg fan,” he explained during a February 2020 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “They’re great for different parts of the menu and as a chef I use them all the time, but an egg is not my [thing]. I’ll just have a sandwich.” Despite the Food Network star’s clear aversion to eggs, Fallon challenged him to drink a raw one and he reluctantly obliged. “That was awesome,” he sarcastically quipped after downing the egg. “Let’s do more of those!”

The reality star revealed via a Twitter Q&A with fans in February 2020 that she can’t stomach spicy foods. The revelation came after the Selfish author said she was a fan of regular Cheetos, but not their spicier counterparts. “I hate HOT anything! I hate Spicy anything. I know this is going to be very unpopular to so many but I just don’t like it,” she explained. “Regular Cheetos for me or Cheetos puffs are my absolute fave.”

Antoni Porowski
The Queer Eye culinary pro has a hatred of caraway seeds, which he told Us in January 2020 stems from a “traumatic” childhood experience eating savory caraway bread topped with chocolate hazelnut spread. “I had three slices of it before I realized how bad it was and I got really sick,” the Netflix star recalled. “I totally threw up. Don't ever try it.”

Chrissy Teigen
In addition to her inexplicable dislike of Nutella, Teigen isn’t a fan of another popular dip. “Hummus has to be the most overrated snack category food alive,” she tweeted in 2013. Even after getting some backlash from fans, the star held her ground. “You don't love hummus you love the pita chips, you liars,” she shot back.
In January 2020, Teigen tweeted that she hates sweet potato fries. If she must eat them, however, she’s discovered a hack that makes them a tad tastier. “I did once coat [sweet potato fries] in Lawry’s and it was crispy salty goodness,” she explained. “I would still never pick it over regular fries, but it’s damn good.”

Ice-T
The Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star revealed in 2018 that he had never tried coffee or a bagel. While he deemed the baked good “not bad,” his review of a cup of java was even less effusive. “It’s not what I expected,” he said at the time. “It tastes like water with another taste kicked in later.” The actor later added: “This is my first time, and I can pretty much tell you this will be the last time I’ll ever drink black coffee.”

Gordon Ramsay
The MasterChef host is known for being critical of food, but there’s one type of meal that he won’t even touch — airplane food. “There’s no f–king way I eat on planes," he told Refinery29 in 2017. As it turns out, his aversion to in-flight meals comes from experience. ”I worked for airlines for 10 years, so I know where this food’s been and where it goes, and how long it took before it got on board,” he explained.

Michelle Obama
The former first lady made headlines for planting a garden with 55 kinds of fruits and vegetables during her time in the White House, but seeing as she told Food & Wine in 2016 that she is “not a fan" of beets, it should come as no surprise that the root vegetable was left out.
